Terms and Conditions

MUSIC THERAPY
  1. Music therapy sessions may be recorded for evaluation purposes. Information concerning the client (including session recordings) is kept confidential.

  2. Clients are expected to attend on a weekly basis

  3. A parent/carer must remain on the premises whilst session is in progress

  4. Fees are payable on a monthly basis by EFTPOS or direct debit within 14 days of the invoice date

 

MUSIC LESSONS
  1. Clients are expected to attend on a weekly basis

  2. A parent/carer must remain on the premises whilst session is in progress

  3. Music lessons occur in 10-week blocks.

  4. Block fees are payable in advance by bank transfer within 14 days of the invoice date

Music In Mind Music Therapy is a registered member of the Australian Music Therapy Association, the World Federation of Music Therapy, and an affiliate of the Academy of Neurologic Music Therapy and the World Federation of Neurologic Rehabilitation.
