Feedback, Compliments and Complaints

At Music In Mind, self-reflection and a commitment to personal and professional growth is forefront of our practice. We are genuinely interested in hearing constructive feedback regarding how we might better serve our community. We commit to listening to your concerns with sensitivity and compassion, and to learn and grow through finding solutions, together. We very much value the opportunity to address your concerns. Equally, it is helpful to hear your opinions on what we are doing well and should do more of, and positive comments and experiences are valued as well as complaints. Please provide details below, email admin@musicinmind.com.au or phone 0401 158 142 to discuss further.
