Referrals

To begin music therapy or adapted music lessons at Music In Mind, please complete our secure Music Therapy Referral Form.

 

You do not need a referral from your GP or other allied health clinician to complete this form.

 

Once submitted, we will contact you to arrange an Initial Consultation with our therapist.

Music In Mind Music Therapy acknowledges the elders past, present and emerging and the traditional custodians of the Wiradjuri Nation. We acknowledge the work we do is on Aboriginal land and recognise the strength, resilience and capacity of the people in this land. We recognise the enduring kinship and songlines retained in these lands and we cherish the rich and ongoing connections First Nations Peoples have to Country, culture, song, knowledge, and artistic expression.We acknowledge these lands were never ceded and that Wiradjuri land is, always was, and always will be Aboriginal land.
